in the June 2019 issue

All Seneca employees and students can easily keep up to date with the actions and statements from provincial and federal government, plus other current events and news.

Seneca students and employees have access to QP Briefing. It provides regular updates, commentary, and analysis on the activities happening at Queen's Park and throughout the province.

The Toronto Star is offering free limited-time digital access to post-secondary students and faculty across Canada in the months leading up to the October federal election. The purpose of this initiative is to encourage “Canada’s newest group of eligible voters to be informed since they will have a say in how we shape our country on election day.” But at Seneca, you already have free online access to the full text of 34 major daily newspapers across Canada including the Globe and Mail, National Post, Ottawa Citizen, and the Toronto Star. Use your Seneca username and password to access the Canadian Major Dailies database or any of 12 other sources for news and current events available from the library.
