A professional development plan has been created for Seneca’s non full-time faculty members. It consists of online modules, courses, and micro-teaching sessions, plus the regular support offered from the Teaching & Learning Centre (New Faculty Orientation, one-on-one consultations, workshops, courses, and Teaching & Learning Days).
