The Center for Applied Special Technology (CAST) offers support and resources for faculty exploring and adopting Universal Design for Learning.

Visit the Center for Applied Special Technology (CAST) website and explore Universal Design for Learning Guidelines.

Another CAST initiative, UDL on Campus, provides supports for faculty looking to incorporate UDL into their Higher Education classes.

Set up a free account to gain access to Universal Design for Learning: Theory and Practice, by Anne Meyer, David H. Rose, David Gordon. Although frequently the examples are from K-12, the text models UDL principles in its multiple means of representation in its materials by using video, built in text to speech, and print.
