Why do I authenticate with Duo everyday instead of every 15 days?

Here a few things to note when using Duo as it depends on how you use it:

• Every browser requires a Duo push or passcode
• Each and every Office 365 tools (e.g. Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint) from each device accessing O365 will need authentication
  • Tablet – Email
  • Work Laptop – Email, Teams
  • Home PC – Email, Teams
  • Phone – Email
  • VPN is extra into Call Center, VPN environment, etc..

Duo is needed 4x to access emails per day.
