The Seneca Case Development Centre is about supporting faculty to create relevant college-level cases to bring more of the real world into the classroom. It allows students to explore real problems faced by real working professionals in real organizations. The cases, with varying levels of complexity, make critical thinking an integral component of education at Seneca.
Faculty will be trained to write and teach with cases and receive one-on-one mentorship during the entire writing process. This initiative breaks new ground in college education by developing cases specific to college students.
