Developing an Online Assessment Strategy

This three-week facilitated course provides an overview of online assessment approaches that promote student success, academic quality, equity, and inclusivity. Through self-reflection and analysis, participants will work towards building a balanced assessment strategy for their online, hybrid, or Flex courses.

This course is a pre-requisite for all other courses in the Online Assessment series.


This is a fully-online course with synchronous and asynchronous components.

You must be available on these dates and time for the synchronous sessions:

  • May 31, 9:50 a.m. to 11:35 a.m. (Eastern time)
  • June 7, 9:50 a.m. to 11:35 a.m. (Eastern time)
  • June 14, 9:50 a.m. to 11:35 a.m. (Eastern time)

Registration closes at 4:00 p.m. Eastern on Wednesday, May 25, 2022.
