New Faculty Orientation | The Teaching & Learning Centre | Seneca Polytechnic

This day provides an overview of the services and supports that impact teaching practice at Seneca. New Faculty Orientation is open to all new part-time and full-time faculty. All newly-hired full-time faculty are required to participate in the New Faculty Orientation.

By the end New Faculty Orientation, faculty will be able to identify key departments and services at Seneca, identify why, when, and how to contact a variety of employees and administrators, and identify and apply the key elements of policies that impact and guide day-to-day teaching practices and interactions with students and colleagues.

This event concludes with a Learn@Seneca (Seneca's branded version of Blackboard, our Learning Management System) workshop.
