Human Resources Management (HRM) students had the opportunity to network with Seneca’s HR professionals, who were very kind and open about sharing their specific knowledge and expertise. The visit offered a unique experiential learning opportunity as students were exposed to the various disciplines in HR at Markham Campus, including employee and labour relations, leadership and employee development, organizational development, pension and benefits, talent acquisition and more.
