There should be a step in the instructions to inform people that they'll need to accept an authentication on their DUO account. I know it has information for Keyfob users, but my DUO is on my cell phone and I was unaware that an authentication request was sent to my DUO cell that had to be accepted before I could download the software. Information about that step would have saved an e-mail to IT.

As discussed, I see that you are successfully using Duo push as an option instead of entering the passcode.

You must first complete and activate Duo. Check out the link on how to enrol. If you are unable to complete the activation, Contact ITS via email.

Good afternoon, I have already installed VPN. I am not sure when I click on the email to edit my portfolio that it keeps taking me back to the VPN page. This is very frustrating for sure. We should be able to go right back into our portfolio.

Good afternoon Judith. Once you are connected to Employee VPN you should be able to edit your portfolio. If they issue continues, trying clearing your browser cache and cookies and try again.

Hi Nadine,

I'm afraid I'm experiencing all of the frustration of Judith Barnaby (see above) and then some in trying to do the same vital thing: edit my portfolio.  I've cleared my browser cache and cookies, then tried again.  Dead end.  I'm looped right back to here.  Can you help direct me to my portfolio?  I'd be deeply grateful.

After, Nadine.  It takes me straight to "Download...for Windows 64 bit"---which I did days ago.
