There should be a step in the instructions to inform people that they'll need to accept an authentication on their DUO account. I know it has information for Keyfob users, but my DUO is on my cell phone and I was unaware that an authentication request was sent to my DUO cell that had to be accepted before I could download the software. Information about that step would have saved an e-mail to IT.
